Merle's American Tavern is gearing up for an unforgettable evening of music and philanthropy, as they prepare to host a special event to raise funds for young Owen Ragsdale, a courageous boy battling a brain tumor. Owen was diagnosed with a CNS Sarcoma. It is an extremely rare form of brain cancer occurring in roughly .2% of cases of intracranial lesions.
The main attraction of the evening will be a live concert by none other than country musician Tate Stevens. With his soul-stirring vocals and infectious energy, Tate promises to deliver a performance that will leave hearts full and spirits uplifted. From chart-topping hits to heartfelt ballads, his music will serve as the perfect backdrop for an evening filled with hope and solidarity.
In addition to the electrifying musical entertainment, the event will feature a silent auction showcasing an array of exciting items generously donated by local businesses and compassionate individuals. Attendees will have the chance to bid on everything from exclusive experiences to one-of-a-kind memorabilia, with all proceeds going towards Owen's medical expenses and support.
Throughout the evening, attendees will be encouraged to lend their support in any way they can. Whether through participating in the auction, making donations, or simply spreading the word about Owen's fight against cancer, every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of Owen and his loved ones.
With the stage set and the community rallying behind them, Merle's American Tavern is poised to host an event that will not only showcase the power of music and generosity but also provide much-needed support and encouragement to a brave young boy and his family. It's a night that promises to be filled with love, laughter, and most importantly, hope for a brighter future.
Merle’s is donating part of the night's proceeds to the family so come out, eat, and be a part of this special evening.
